Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試験管形状の酸素イオン伝導固体電解質の両面
    のうち大気圧が導入される内側表面に第１の電極
    を設け、かつ、排気ガス側の外側表面に第２の電
    極を設け、該第２の電極の表面の大部分を保護層
    で覆うと共に、酸素濃度センサ本体の肩部とハウ
    ジングとの間に前記酸素イオン伝導固体電解質に
    生ずる超電力を該ハウジングに伝える導電リング
    を介装する構造の酸素濃度センサにおいて、 前記保護層を少なくとも前記酸素濃度センサ本
    体の閉じた先端部から肩部まで前記第２の電極の
    表面を覆うように形成すると共に、該保護層が存
    在する前記酸素濃度センサ本体の肩部を前記導電
    リングに代えて耐熱弾性部材を介して前記ハウジ
    ングに保持し、かつ、該酸素イオン伝導固体電解
    質に生ずる超電力を該ハウジングに伝える導電性
    部材を該耐熱弾性部材の設置個所以外の個所に設
    けてなる酸素濃度センサ。
