スタ、５４……アナログスイツチ、６１……マル
チバイブレータ。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１および第２の入力パルス信号の位相差に応
じた差信号電圧を出力する位相比較器において、 第１の入力パルス信号のパルスを検出して単パ
ルスを出力するパルス発生回路と、 第２の入力パルス信号を前記単パルスの出力に
応じて通過させ、これを差信号電圧として出力す
るスイツチ手段とを具備し、 前記スイツチ手段は、第２の入力パルス信号を
通過させないときは、その出力はハイ・インピー
ダンスとすることを特徴とする位相比較器。
