部及び該通話状態を検出する通話検出部と、該通
話検出部より得られる信号により通話保留状態を
保持する動作を開始する保留部及び電話回線に信
号を伝達する信号発生部と、上記通話状態及び上
記通話保留状態並びに非通話状態とを判別する状
態判別部と、該判別部により上記保留状態と判別
されたときに上記電話回線の信号を音に変換する
スピーカー部とから成り、一方の電話機の通話を
他方の電話機へ転送するときに、電話の相手に保
留中である旨の信号を伝達すると共に他方の電話
機に呼出信号を伝達するようにしたことを特徴と
