Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ Ｌ字状の通路に設けた弁座に対向して弁体を
離接自在に設置してなる真空用Ｌ型バルブにおい
て、前記弁体を支持した駆動軸の中間部に補助弁
体が弁体と離接可能に対向して設けられ、前記弁
体と補助弁体間に反撥スプリングが設置してある
と共に、前記弁体にオリフイス孔が穿設してある
ことを特徴とした真空用Ｌ型バルブ。 ２ 補助弁体を２個以上とし、互いに離接可能と
してあると共に、各補助弁体間にも反撥スプリン
グが設置され、かつ中間の補助弁体にもオリフイ
ス孔が穿設してある請求項１記載の真空用Ｌ型バ
ルブ。 ３ 弁体と補助弁体の対向面又は補助弁体相互の
対向面を円錐形とした請求項１又は２記載の真空
用Ｌ型バルブ。
