本発明は前記のように構成され、側ち横葺きさ
れる複数の外装板がその下端部に形成された嵌合
部にて下方の外装板と相互に連接して係合し合う
構造であることから、金属製長尺取付部材に対し
て少数の固定箇所を設けるだけで強固な外壁を構
成できる上に、前記固定箇所として、取付部材に
切起こした鈎状爪と平爪との間に外装板の嵌合部
を保持した状態で、例えばハンマーを使用して下
端側の平爪を変形させるのみで外装板を取付部材
に固定することができる。従つて著しく作業が容
易であり、かつ施工作業時間も僅かで済む。一
方、取付部材に対する外装板の位置決めは鈎状爪
と平爪にて自ずとなされ、また取付部材のレベル

Claims (1)
けて鉛直方向に取り付けられる金属製長尺取付部
材と、これらの取付部材の外側に当該取付部材の
長手方向に順次固定される複数の外装板とを有す
る外装構造であつて、前記外装板の下端部はその
下方に隣接する他の外装板の上端部を嵌入する略
倒立U字型断面の嵌合部を内側に折り返し形成す
るとともに、前記取付部材には前記外装板嵌合部
の上縁部形状に対応して下方に曲折した鈎状爪
と、同嵌合部の上下寸法に相当する距離だけ前記
鈎状爪の下方に位置して略水平方向に突出する平
爪とを各々外側に切起こし、前記鈎状爪と平爪と
の間に外装板嵌合部を保持した状態で平爪を鈎状
爪側に変形させることにより外装板を取付部材に
固定するようにしたことを特徴とする建築構造物
の外装構造。 2 金属製長尺取付部材は、外側に開口する溝の
両側にフランジを突出させた形状であり、前記フ
ランジに鈎状爪並びに平爪がそれぞれ形成してあ
る特許請求の範囲第1項記載の建築構造物の外装
構造。 3 金属製長尺取付部材は、内側に開口する構の
底部に鈎状爪並びに平爪を形成するとともに、外
装板との間に木毛板等の板材を挟持する段付部を
曲折形成してある特許請求の範囲第1項記載の建
