<発明が解決しようとする問題点> 従来の技術は杭を埋沈する為の穴の掘削がスム
ーズでなく、かつ地上への排土が多い為に残土処
理が大変であり、更に杭の先端に杭の強力な支持
力を得る為の拡大ヘツドを構成することが困難で
ある等の欠点があつた。

の掘削装置であつて、アースオーガーの回転装置
2によつて回動される中空軸3の下端には先端掘
削刃4が取り付けられ、更に中空軸3の下方から
上方に亘つて約3mの高さを有するスクリユー刃
5、と4個の凹面板を背中合わせ状に隣接して構
成した3mの高さを持つた多角筒状の圧着用圧着
刃6、と約3mの高さを有する前述と同様なスク
リユー刃7の外周面に所定の間隔を保つて4個の
縦バー8を夫々固着して取り付けた攪拌筒9とが
夫々所定の間隔を保つて順に中空軸3に取り付け
られている。又中空軸3の下端からは清水或いは
セメントミルク10等を抽出し得る如く構成され
ている。

板を隣接することによつて構成した多角筒状の圧
着刃6は前記掘削刃4とスクリユー刃5によつて
掘削され、かつ清水と混練した掘削土を穴の内周
壁面に抵抗を少なく圧着し地上への排土を抑える
作用をし、又撹拌筒9は掘削推進の補助及び振れ
止めを兼ねると供に、更に残存する掘削土と清水
とを撹拌しながら之等をソイル状にし得る作用を
している。

つて、掘削刃4の外周部から爪11を突出させて
穴12の底部をそれに続く上部より大径に掘削
し、掘削が完了した後は掘削装置1を正回転させ
て前記爪11を掘削刃4の中に収納し、次に中空
軸3の先端よりセメントミルク10を穴12の底
部に注入しならこの掘削装置1を穴12から抜き
取り、更に特に第10図に示す如き中心部に約70
mmの径の縦穴13を穿孔し、かつ杭14の外径よ
り大きな外径を持つた拡大ヘツド15を杭14の
下端に溶着した後、この杭14を前述の如く穿設
した穴12の中に回転しながら沈設し、拡大ヘツ
ド15を穴12の底部のセメントミルク10内に
埋設して両者を相互に一体的に固着させ、本願の
装置を使用して杭を埋め込む方法を完了せしめる
ことが出来る。

ルクを注出することが出来る等の特徴を有してい
る。
