【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ヘツドタンクに貯留されたホツトメルトを
その供給出口から送液ポンプで分配弁の入口に供
給し、塗工時は分配弁の吐出口から塗工ノズルを
経て被塗工体上に吐出させると共に非塗工時は分
配弁の循環出口からヘツドタンクの戻り口へ循環
させるようにした塗工装置であり、 前記ヘツドタンクと送液ポンプとが第1マニホ
ールドブロツクを介して接続され、第1マニホー
ルドブロツクに第2マニホールドブロツクが突出
して接続されると共に第2マニホールドブロツク
端部に第3マニホールドブロツクが回転可能に接
続され、さらに第3マニホールドブロツクに分配
弁及び塗工ノズルが接続されてなり、 前記第1マニホールドブロツクに、ヘツドタン
クの供給出口と送液ポンプの吸込部とを連通させ
る吸込み路と、送液ポンプの吐出部に接続される
供給路と、ヘツドタンクの戻り口に接続される循
環路とが設けられ、 前記第2マニホールドブロツクから第3マニホ
ールドブロツクにわたつて、第1マニホールドブ
ロツクの供給路と分配弁の入口とを連通させる供
給路と、第1マニホールドブロツクの循環路と分
配弁の循環出口とを連通させる循環路とが設けら
れてなるホツトメルト塗工装置。 (2) 複数の第1マニホールドブロツクが着脱可
能且つブラインドブロツクと置換可能に隣接集合
化して配置され、ヘツドタンクに前記隣接集合化
された複数の第1マニホールドブロツクの各吸込
み路及び循環路に対応して複数の供給出口及び戻
り口が設けられた、請求項1記載のホツトメルト
塗工装置。 (3) ヘツドタンク内部が、各第1マニホールド
ブロツクに対応する複数の部屋に分割された、請
