    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 汚水原水を嫌気性処理槽、好気性処理槽、沈澱
    槽及び消毒槽へ順次移流させつつ浄化処理し、か
    つ前記好気性処理槽より一部の汚水を嫌気性処理
    槽へ返送する循環経路を設けて浄化効率の改良を
    図つた汚水処理装置において、好気性処理槽の散
    気管へ給気する空気供給管が分岐され、該分岐管
    が前記好気性処理槽より嫌気性処理槽への汚水返
    送管のエアリフトポンプに接続され、該分岐管に
    は空気供給量調整用の全閉より全開まで開閉可能
    な弁と、該弁をバイパスして、一定以上の空気流
    量を制限する流量調整孔を備えた開閉弁が並列に
    設けられていることを特徴とする汚水処理装置。
