Conventionally, liquid fertilizer tanks for hydroponic cultivation were constructed long in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper in Figure 1, and the cultivation bed was made of concrete, so the construction period was long and the cultivation bed It is not possible to easily change the tank capacity to cope with increases and decreases, and in addition, the alkali leached from the concrete is harmful to cultivation, so a synthetic resin overlay layer must be formed on the inner surface of the concrete tank. However, there were problems such as high costs.

The book has been formed. A flange 14 is formed on the upper edge of the intermediate tank portion 3 over the entire length. Then, an engaging part 1 in the form of a recessed step is attached to the flange 1 at the right end of the intermediate tank part 3 in FIG. 3a.
4 is also included. 3rd part of intermediate tank part 3
An engaged portion 2 is formed at the left end in FIG. 3a, which is substantially flush with the bottom of the intermediate tank portion 3, and which can be inserted into and engaged with the engaging portion 1. Therefore, when the engaged part 2 is engaged with the engaging part 1 as shown in FIG.
The bottom portions 15, 15 of the bottom portions 15 are made substantially flush with each other. As shown in FIG. 4, the right end tank portion 5 is
It has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the intermediate tank portion 3, and a right end wall 4 is formed in series at its right end. Vertical convex ribs 12 are formed on the bottom 15 and right end wall 4 of the right end tank portion 5. Further, a large number of horizontal convex ribs 13 are formed on the bottom portion 15 at intervals in the length direction. An engaged portion 2 is formed at the left end of the right end tank portion 5. Thus, the engaged portion 2 of the right end tank portion 5 is engaged with the engaging portion 2 of the intermediate tank portion 3 as shown in FIG. 6, so that the bottom portions 15, 15 of both are substantially flush with each other. There is. As shown in FIG. 5, the left end tank section 7 has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the intermediate tank section 3, and has a left end wall 6 formed in series at its left end. Vertical convex ribs 12 are formed on the bottom 15 and left end wall 6 of the left end tank section 7. Further, a large number of horizontal convex ribs 13 are formed on the bottom portion 15 at intervals in the length direction. An engaging portion 1 is formed at the right end of the left end tank portion 7. Thus, the engaging part 1 of the left end tank part 7 is engaged with the engaged part 2 of the intermediate tank part 3 as shown in FIG. 6, so that the bottom parts 15, 15 of both are substantially flush. There is.

A rivet 18 consisting of a cylindrical body 20 and an insert body 21 press-fitted into the cylindrical body 20 is inserted into several through holes 17 formed at substantially the same positions in the engaging part 1 and the engaged part 2. That is, the cylinder 20 is inserted into the through hole 17, the insert body 21 is inserted into the cylinder 20, and the connection is made with mechanical strength, and then, such an engaging part is hidden. A synthetic resin overlay layer 19 is coated on the inner surface of the tank to achieve sealing. In this way, the engaging part 1 and the engaged part 2 are arranged so as to overlap each other, and the sealing material 16 is interposed between the engaging part 1 and the engaged part 2. By connecting the engaged portion 2, the connecting portion is connected in a state where the connection strength is improved by the overlapping engaging portion 1 and the engaged portion 2, In other words, by connecting the engaging part and the engaged part that are integrated with the tank in a superimposed manner, it is possible to eliminate the need for many other connecting members. It is possible to connect with improved strength while minimizing the number of parts.
In a liquid fertilizer tank for storing liquid fertilizer, the connection is made so that the watertightness of the connection part can be improved.

In summary, the present invention constructs a liquid fertilizer tank by joining an intermediate tank part made of synthetic resin, a right end tank part having a right end wall, and a left end tank part having a left end wall with a sealing property. The construction period can be shortened compared to conventional tanks, and the tank capacity and length can be easily changed by increasing or decreasing the intermediate tank section.Furthermore, since the tank section is made of synthetic resin, it can be compared to concrete tanks. It is advantageous that there is no need to take measures to prevent harmful components from leaching out, and costs can be reduced. Furthermore, each tank to be connected with sealing properties is arranged so that the engaging part and the engaged part formed at the end overlap each other, and a sealing material is placed between the engaging part and the engaged part. Since the connection is made with a By connecting the engaging part and the engaged part, which are integrated with the
In a liquid fertilizer tank that can be connected with improved strength while minimizing the number of connecting members, and in which liquid fertilizer is stored by interposing a sealing material,
The connection can be made with improved watertightness of the connection part.
