<<Effects>> In the present invention, in a lighting device for dental treatment that irradiates reflected light into the oral cavity, a mirror body can be attached to the lighting device, and at least when the mirror body is used, the mirror body is in front of the reflector plate. Since the mirror body is held by the illuminator components in such a way that the mirror body is in a position where the mirror surface is almost orthogonal to the illumination beam from the reflector, both the patient and the surgeon need to use both hands when using the mirror. In addition, since the relative relationship between the mirror surface and the illumination beam is always constant, it is possible to easily align the lighting equipment. This reduces the burden on both the patient and the surgeon when using a mirror to visually inspect the patient's oral cavity, such as during instruction on denture fitting, and the time required for visual inspection is also shortened. The rotational efficiency is also improved.

In addition, in the second invention, since the illumination device is configured to support the mirror body in a manner that allows the posture to be changed, the illumination light can be directed to the oral cavity by simply switching the mirror to the usage posture during brushing instruction during denture wearing instruction. The mirror can be set in a position where the patient can easily see the patient while still irradiating the inside of the patient.
