Claims (1)
り発生させてフラツパを変位させ、これによりこ

空気圧出力に関連する帰還信号に変換する信号変
換手段と、周囲温度を測定して温度信号に変換す
る温度センサと、前記帰還信号と前記温度信号と
前記入力電流とを所定の周期で切換えて切換信号
を出力するマルチプレクサと、この切換信号をデ
ジタル信号に変換するアナログ/デジタル変換手
段と、このデジタル信号を用いて信号処理をして
その演算結果を出力するマイクロプロセツサ手段
と、この演算結果をアナログ信号に変換するデジ
タル/アナログ変換手段と、このアナログ信号が
入力され前記トルクモータを駆動する駆動手段と
、前記マイクロプロセツサ手段を介して外部と通
信信号の伝送を行うモデムとを具備することを特
