【考案の詳細な説明】産業上の利用分野本願は喫煙を終つたとき、煙草の燃焼先端を皿
底に敷いた含水スポンジに接触させて消火するよ

従来の技術従来の灰皿は単なる皿型又は碗形の容器であつ
て、その縁面に煙草をのせたり器底に吸いがらを

考案が解決しようとする問題点煙草をすい終つたとき、さきに火のついたまゝ
の吸いがらを灰皿の縁面にのせたり皿底に投入し
たりするといつまでも消えないで燃えつゞける故
その発煙が人の健康を害し又室内を汚すのみなら
ず皿縁からころげおちるなどして火災の原因とな

問題点を解決する為の手段本案は上記のような不都合をなくす為工夫した
ものであつて、周側に水平線１を設けた円形受皿
２の上面に、これと同形のスポンジ体３を、更に
該体の上面にこれと同形の被皿４を嵌め重ね、ス
ポンジ体３の底面の中心部その他に小突設５，６
を突設すると共に透穴７を穿設し、該小突起は被
皿４の底面に穿設した透孔８に嵌合し表面に露呈
するようにし、受皿の水平縁１の外端突部９と被
皿の水平縁１０との間に、スポンジ体の水平縁の
１部１１がやゝ低く露呈するように構成されてい
