Claims (1)
- イオン源においてイオンビームの引出しに用い
られる電極であつて、アルミニウムから成る２枚
の電極板間に、冷媒を通す冷却パイプを挟み込む
と共にこれら三者間を、チタンを介在させて接合
して成ることを特徴とするイオン源用電極。
