  1. 釜本体と、該釜本体の中腹部および底部の外壁
    面を囲繞するようにして付設された第１の加熱用
    蒸気ジヤケツトと、該釜本体の底部から釜本体内
    方に延出し、断面環状空間を形成した筒状の第２
    の加熱用蒸気ジヤケツトと、該第２の加熱用蒸気
    ジヤケツト内に回転自在に挿入され先端部が該第
    ２の加熱用蒸気ジヤケツトの先端から突出する撹
    拌用回転軸と、該撹拌用回転軸に設けられた撹拌
    羽根とを具備したことを特徴とする蒸気釜。
