- 箱桁底板上に箱桁壁面に沿つて載置された長手
方向のガイドレールと、上記ガイドレール上を自
走し付設された壁面センサーにより制御された台
車と、上記台車に載設され傾斜スライド機構、水
平スライド機構及び垂直スライド機構よりなる３
軸移動機構と、上記３軸移動機構に支持されたウ
イービング機構及び旋回機構と、一端が上記旋回
機構に支持された水平腕の他端に支持されたトー
チ旋回機構と、上記トーチ旋回機構に支持された
央部に上記３軸移動機構に信号を出力する壁面セ
ンサー、床面センサーがそれぞれ付設され下端に
外側に向けて傾斜した溶接トーチが突設されたト
ーチ支持竪部材とを具えたことを特徴とする箱桁
内面自動溶接装置。
