Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 管突合わせ溶接開先内面の前後部をそれぞれ仕
    切ることにより仕切り区画を形成するとともにそ
    の内部をシールドガスに置換することができる管
    突合わせ溶接部内面シールド治具において、突合
    わせ管内を挿通することができ前端に牽引ロープ
    が付設され前端部に前端環状シールチユーブが周
    設され央部にガスレンジが取付けられ後端部に後
    端環状シールチユーブが周設され後端にシールド
    ガス導入筒、チユーブ加圧ガス導入筒がそれぞれ
    突設された棒状のシールド治具本体と、それにそ
    れぞれ穿設された上記シールドガス導入筒から上
    記シールド治具本体央部側面にシールドガスを流
    出することができるシールドガス孔、上記チユー
    ブ加圧ガス導入筒から上記前端環状シールチユー
    ブ、後端環状シールチユーブにそれぞれ加圧ガス
    を供給することができる加圧ガス孔とを具えたこ
    とを特徴とする管突合わせ溶接部内面シールド治
    具。
