」動作時の連続加工説明図、第7図、第8図は従
来のワイヤ放電加工装置に係り、第7図は、従来
のNCプログラム例、第8図は、従来の内部処理
説明図である。
図において、1……被加工物、4……加工用ワ
イヤ電極、6……数値制御装置、8……加工電源
装置である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は
相当部分を示す。
