ミツクス支持刃において、前記支持刃本体の先端
部にＶ字状溝を穿設すると共に該溝に熱応力緩衝
材を介して前記セラミツクスチツプをろう付け接
合して構成されたことを特徴とするセラミツクス
支持刃。 (2) セラミツクスチツプのＶ字状溝角部に接す
る部分が、稜線長さ０．５mm〜１mmで面取りされ
たことを特徴とする請求項(1)に記載のセラミツ
