[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) The purpose of this invention is to be able to be easily used in pots of various shapes for cooking, etc., to omit reheating to lower the temperature, and to save energy. This relates to a warmer that can be used during meals to keep warm during the meal.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, heat insulators made of straw rope or the like have been used, but these are rarely used these days. Foam-molded synthetic resin materials have been widely used for maintenance purposes. In addition, foamed synthetic resin is widely used as a packaging material with cushioning properties for one-time use. Foamed synthetic resins are widely used as containers for instant noodles that are prepared by pouring hot water into them, and are intended for one-time use only.

On the other hand, foamed synthetic resin materials have not been used as heat insulators for pots, perhaps because they are considered unsuitable as heat insulators due to their poor heat resistance. Furthermore, since energy such as electricity and gas is now easily available, the concept of energy conservation seems to have been lost. Therefore, the reality is that if the contents of a pot, etc. get cold, they should be reheated to the desired temperature, or they should be kept heated even after cooking is finished to prevent them from cooling down. The disadvantage was that the flavor, which is a key element, was lost, and a trivet was required to place the pot.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) This invention prevents the conventional trouble of reheating the pot, the energy loss, and the energy loss of continuing heating, and also solves the problems such as the need for a pot holder. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat insulator such as a pot that is hygienic, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to use.

(Function) If you easily store the contents of a pot etc. after cooking at a high temperature, and then cover it with a lid, the excellent insulation properties of the foamed synthetic resin will prevent the pot from drying. It is possible to significantly reduce the heat dissipation from the surface of the pot, etc., and to keep the hot contents of the pot, etc., hot for a long time immediately after cooking.

(Embodiments) The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments of the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 5 show embodiments of the present invention. First, in Fig. 1, 1 is a pot, 2 is a pot lid, and 3 is a knob for the pot lid. Reference numeral 4 denotes a container for storing the pot 1 with a bottom that has almost the same shape as the outer surface of the main body of the pot 1, and the gap between the container 4 and the pot 1 should be such that the pot 1 can be easily put in and taken out. It is best if this gap is as small as possible. Reference numeral 5 denotes a pot lid cover having an inner surface shape matching the top surface shape of the pot lid 2, and the cover 5 is combined with the container 4 to completely cover the outer peripheral surfaces of the pot 1 and the lid 2. In addition, a hole 7 from which the knob 3 can protrude is formed on the top surface of the cover.

FIG. 3 shows the pot handle 6, which is attached to the pot 1.
Since the handle 6 is attached to both sides of the upper part of the main body, a protruding groove 8 for the handle 6 is provided in the container 4. The diameter of the cover 5 in FIG. 1 is approximately the same as the diameter of the pot lid 2, but in FIG. 2, the circumference of the lid 2 is extended,
This is a case in which an extension part 9 is provided between the container 4 and the periphery of the pot 1 and the lid 2 to enhance the heat retention effect. Figure 4 shows the handle 3 of the pot lid 2.
In the case of the pot designated as a, the hole 7a for the handle 3a is also enlarged. Moreover, this pot is a drop-lid pot and a one-handed pot, and the protruding groove 8 of the handle piece 6a
a is also larger than in Fig. 3. Above we have explained the heat insulators for two types of pot shapes.
The pot shape is not limited to the one shown in the drawing,
The heat insulator of the present invention can also be applied to pots of various other shapes and materials.

Now, regarding the material of the heat insulator of this invention, container 4,
The cover 5 is also made of foamed synthetic resin, which is a material with great heat insulation properties, and is formed by foam molding using a mold that matches the shape of the pot. Note that the material of the resin is not limited in any way as long as it can be foam-molded, such as urethane. Furthermore, there are no restrictions on the color of the container 4 and the cover 5, but it is more preferable to use a beautiful color or to form a pattern on the surface.
It is even more preferable if a reinforcing film is attached to the surface.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention is constructed as explained in detail above, so if a heated pot is stored in a container together with its contents, and a lid is placed over the container, the container and the cover will be insulated. Since it is made of a foam material that has properties, it prevents heat radiation from the outer surface of the pot and lid.
The cooking temperature of the contents can be maintained for a long time without using an electric warmer or the like while the contents are brought from the preparation room to the dining table and eaten. In addition, the present invention has a hole in the cover of the lid through which the knob or handle provided on the top surface of the lid of the pot, etc. protrudes to the outside, so when taking out the contents from the pot, etc. If you lift the lid, you can remove the cover at the same time, so there is no need to perform two steps such as first removing the cover and then removing the lid, making it extremely efficient even when removing the lid of the pot many times during a meal. Good and convenient. In addition, in the present invention, the thermal conductivity of the foamed synthetic resin is set to 0.05 Kcal/m. hr.℃,
Assuming the thickness of the warmer is 25 mm and doing a simple heat balance calculation, the time it takes for the temperature of the contents of the pot to drop to room temperature from the cooking temperature is approximately 5.4 times as effective at retaining heat as when not using the warmer. can be increased. Furthermore, the present invention can be used throughout the winter season, and even if it is discarded once the winter season is over, it can be obtained at a low price, so there is almost no economic problem. Note that by reducing the heat conduction of the foam material and increasing the thickness of the heat insulator, the temperature retention time of the contents of the pot or the like can be increased.
