かつ軸方向に移動可能に内装され端面に歯部を有
するクラツチリングと、該クラツチリングの歯部
と係合し得る係止溝を有する締付工具と一体化さ
れた基板部と、該基板部側へ前記クラツチリング
を押圧するスプリングとを備え、前記歯部と前記
係止溝には、締付方向に所定以上のトルクが加わ
つた時に両者の係合状態を解く傾斜角が形成され
