する発光素子の配置位置が発光素子の光軸と交差
する方向および光軸と平行方向に関して定められ
る第1位置決め片と第2位置決め片と、 光学手段の予め定める第3縁部が当接して光学
手段の配置位置が前記光軸と交差する方向に関し
て発光手段の光軸と同軸であるように定められる
第3位置決め片と、 光学手段の予め定める第4縁部が当接して光学
手段の配置位置が光軸方向に関して定められる第
4位置決め片とが一体的に含まれることを特徴と
