る第１位置決め片と第２位置決め片と、 光学手段の予め定める第３縁部が当接して光学
手段の配置位置が前記光軸と交差する方向に関し
て発光手段の光軸と同軸であるように定められる
第３位置決め片と、 光学手段の予め定める第４縁部が当接して光学
手段の配置位置が光軸方向に関して定められる第
４位置決め片とが一体的に含まれることを特徴と
