Claims (1)
- 地中に箱状体を埋設し、この箱状体の天井壁に
開口部を、この開口部に対応して家屋の床面に出
入口をそれぞれ形成し、これらの出入口、開口部
を経て箱状体内に立入り可能とした地下収納庫で
あつて、前記箱状体には、隣接する一対の壁体の
内面に沿つてＬ字状の折れ階段を設け、さらに、
この折れ階段を構成する段板の下方に、収納棚あ
るいは収納ワゴンを収納できる収納部を形成した
ことを特徴とする地下収納庫。
