図中、１は固定子枠、２は回転子軸、３は冷却
フアン、４は回転子、５は固定子、６は水冷式空
気冷却器、７はエアメイクアツプ装置、９は水滴
除去フイルタ、１０はダスト除去エアフイルタ、
１１は減圧弁、１２はドレン管、１４は圧縮空気
源である。なお図中同一符号は同一または相当部
分を示す。
