して出力する平滑回路とを備えたチヨツパー電源
において、前記コントロールＩＣは直流電圧源か
らの電源供給を少なくとも抵抗を介して受けて起
動すると共に、コントロールＩＣの動作時には前
記直流電圧源及び前記平滑回路の出力電圧から電
源を供給する電源供給手段を備えたことを特徴と
