ケース蓋を回動操作することによりケース本体か
らケース蓋が開放される。

応じた軸部15には一端が前記錠止部材19の孔
19cに掛止されるとともに他端が前記ストツパ
20の孔20aに掛止された圧縮ばね21が装着
されている。そして該圧縮ばね21はその弾性力
により前記錠止部材19を錠止方向へ揺動付勢す
るとともに前記操作ダイヤル15を時計方向へ回
