ンデンサ端子電圧が前記コンパレータの一方の入
力となる第１の積分回路と、この第１の積分回路
のコンデンサに並列に接続された定電圧素子と、
前記第１の積分回路の時定数より大きな時定数と
なるように回路定数が選定された抵抗とコンデン
サからなり、そのコンデンサの端子電圧が前記コ
ンパレータの他方の入力となる第２の積分回路と
、この第２の積分回路のコンデンサに並列に接続
され、かつその抵抗とは電源電圧の分圧電圧が前
記定電圧素子の動作電圧より大きくなる分圧回路
を構成する分圧用抵抗とを備えたことを特徴とす
