Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源遮断期間はバツクアツプ手段からバツクア
ツプを要する素子にのみ電流を供給するバツクア
ツプ機能付電源回路において、 上記素子の最低動作レベルの電圧を生成する基
準電圧生成手段と、 この基準電圧生成手段により生成される最低動
作レベルの電圧と、電源復帰後におけるバツクア
ツプ手段の電圧との比較により、バツクアツプ手
段の電圧が最低動作レベルを越えるのを検知する
比較手段と、 この比較手段による検知出力に応じて電源とバ
ツクアツプが不要な回路とを接続する接続手段と
を有することを特徴とするバツクアツプ機能付電
源回路。
