ものである。[Ill [JI] Conventional roof board B that the invention seeks to solve
When used at the eaves in a snowy area, due to its poor insulation properties, it will be cooled from the back side to the outside, forming icicles or snow eaves, and the snow load will increase, resulting in deformation or damage. There was a problem with the insects. The present invention has been made to solve the above problem, and its purpose is to improve the insulation properties so that snow falls smoothly and creates icicles even when roofing is installed at the eaves. The purpose is to prevent snow cornices from forming. [Means for Solving the Problems] In the heat insulating panel of the present invention, a panel body 4 is formed by filling a heat insulating material 3 between a corrugated metal plate 1 on the front side and a metal plate 2 on the back side. The ffRR of the eaves part of the present invention is formed by filling a heat insulating material 3 between a corrugated metal plate 1 on the front side and a metal plate 2 on the back side. form the panel body 4;
The insulation panel A is made by curving it in an arch shape along the longitudinal direction.
The ridges 5 and troughs 6 of the heat insulating panel A correspond to the ridges 7 and troughs 8 of the roof board B, and are installed on the eaves.With this configuration, the above-mentioned The problem has been solved. [Function] The heat insulating material 3 ensures heat insulating properties, and even when it is installed at the eaves, snow falls smoothly and icicles or snow eaves are not formed. [Example J A colored galvanized iron plate, a colored aluminum plate, a colored aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium steel plate, etc. are used as the original plate of the metal plate 1.2.0 The corrugated metal plate 1 on the front side is formed by press forming. By providing a plurality of protrusions 9 extending from the troughs 6 to the sides of the peaks 5 along the longitudinal direction, it is bent in an arch shape along the longitudinal direction. The height of the protrusion 9 decreases from the valley 6 to the peak 5, and disappears at the upper end of the side of the peak 5. The metal plate 2 on the back side is bent with the same curvature as the metal plate 1. A foamable synthetic resin material such as hard polyurethane or polyisocyanurate containing polyol, insifinate, catalyst, blowing agent, etc. is injected between the upper and lower metal plates 1.2, and is foamed to fill the insulation material 3. A panel main body 4 is formed. The height of the protrusion 9 of the front metal plate 1 may be reduced approximately at the center of the trough 6 to form a rainwater channel to improve water drainage. This heat insulating panel A is placed at the edge of the eaves and connected to a roof board B installed on the roof. The roof plate B has the same cross-sectional shape as the insulation panel A, and the metal plate 11 on the front side is cut to a predetermined length at the ridge gA end of the insulation panel A to expose the insulation material 3, and the back side of the roof plate Bf) The metal plate 12 is the insulation material 1
9 is cut to a predetermined length, and the corrugated metal plate 1 of this roof board B is stacked on the exposed heat insulating material 3 of the heat insulating panel A,
Nails are driven in to connect the insulation panel A and the roof board B. Arabesque 13 is attached to the eaves IUI of insulation panel A, and arabesque 14 is attached to the outside! An eave ceiling 16 is placed between the partition fi 17 attached to the upper end of the frame 415. Incidentally, the outdoor s#1 portion of the arabesque 13 is attached with the lower end of the upper metal plate 1 being bent. FIG. 8 shows another example of the arabesque 13, in which the outdoor end is fixed to the lower end of the upper metal plate 1 with a pole 20, and the joint is filled with caulking material 18. [Effects of the Invention] In the heat insulating panel of the present invention, the panel body is formed by filling a heat insulating material between the corrugated metal plate on the front side and the metal plate on the back side, and the panel body is formed along the longitudinal direction. Since it is curved in an arch shape, the insulation properties are ensured by the insulation material, so the peaks and troughs of this insulation panel are made to correspond to the peaks and valleys of the roof board. If the roof is installed, the snow will fall smoothly due to its insulation properties, preventing the formation of icicles or snow eaves, and the snow load on the eaves will not increase.
