用する光フアイバ母材成長用反応容器の概略図で
ある。 １……反応容器内壁、２……高純度カーボン基
材、３……反応容器外壁、４……バーナー（多重
管）、５……酸水素炎、６……光フアイバ母材、
７……支持棒、８……排気管、９……反応容器（
パイレツクス製）。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端に多孔質光フアイバ母材を成長させる
ターゲツト材及び微粒子を生成する酸水素バーナ
ーを、多孔質光フアイバ母材成長用反応容器内部
に収納して構成される多孔質光フアイバ母材の製
造装置において、前記反応容器の材質として、高
純度カーボン材表面にＳｉＣ膜をコーテイングし
た材料を使用することを特徴とする、多孔質光フ
アイバ母材成長用反応容器。 (2) 前記反応容器を構成する、光純度カーボン
材表面にコーテイングされるＳｉＣ膜の膜厚を５
μｍ以上とすることを特徴とする、請求項(1)記
載の多孔質光フアイバ母材成長用反応容器。
