Conventionally, large-scale (approximately 1 m to approximately 1.5 m in height) chevron-shaped roofing materials with long spans (approximately 10 meters to approximately several tens of meters in length) that were researched and developed by the applicant have been produced in factories.
These are transported to the site, lifted one by one onto the structure or foundation there by a large crane, etc., and placed and fixed across the opposing beams or foundations at the top of the structure. The roof is made of large chevron-shaped roofing materials arranged in parallel and tied together, and has a simple structure with no beams or the like, and the roof itself is the structure. Recently, large-scale chevron roofs of the so-called mansard type (see Figure 6), which have a stronger construction by installing large chevron-shaped roof members in a roughly symmetrical chevron shape through flanges, have recently become popular. has been done. However, at the same time as the large chevron of the roof at the top is installed at the site, both slopes of the chevron are deformed inward from each other as shown by the dotted line in Figure 4 or the dotted line in Figure 5. As a result, even though they were installed side by side, there were gaps, making it impossible to connect the large chevrons of adjacent roofs in an orderly manner. The inward deformation of the inclined portions is particularly high at the joint between the ridges of the large chevron members of both roofs, where a large amount of self-weight is applied, that is, between the bottom portions of the flange attachment points. This is because the cross-sectional shape is chevron-shaped, the roof's large chevrons are long and heavy, and the roof's large chevrons are connected to each other through flanges so that they are almost symmetrical. This is because the formation of a mountain shape acts synergistically, and a large tensile stress acts on the bottom part of the slope part of the ridge part.

変形歪を完全になくせない大きな欠点があつた。 For this reason, even if the cross section of the force bones etc. is enlarged,
It has been difficult to reliably prevent such deformation distortion. Furthermore, it is also possible to increase the thickness of the board, but in this case, even if there is no need to increase the strength against vertical loads, the thickness of the board will be increased just to prevent deformation, and this will improve the roof. Existing bender equipment for bending the outer sheathing material that makes up large angle-shaped timbers cannot be used, and a larger one must be installed, or various attachments may need to be attached to it due to changes in board thickness. Since the dimensions of the members change slightly, it is necessary to change the attached members appropriately each time they are used, resulting in drawbacks such as an increase in the product price of large angle-shaped members.
In addition, after the large-sized chevrons for the roof are constructed on site,
Since this deforms due to its own weight, etc., large-sized jacks, etc. are required to eliminate this deformation, which makes the construction equipment complicated and troublesome, and there is a major drawback that the deformation distortion cannot be completely eliminated. It was hot.

Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, the inventor has made extensive research and has developed the invention by connecting large chevron roof members with long spans of the same cross-sectional shape in series in the longitudinal direction. By fixing unit beams oriented in a direction approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction between the bottoms of the ridge portion formed in a chevron shape without applying any deflection due to their own weight, the large chevron beams for the roof can be It is possible to prevent deformation distortion in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and furthermore, the structure can be made extremely simple and inexpensive, thus solving the above-mentioned problems and achieving the object.

Further, on the back side of the outer skin material 1, heat insulating materials, lighting equipment mounting materials, air conditioning related mounting materials, etc. are previously attached at the factory, but these are omitted in the drawings. The roof portion large-sized chevron members A, A are assembled symmetrically into a chevron shape, and between the bottom portions 1a, 1a of the ridge portions of both roof portion large-sized chevron members A, A, there is a On the other hand, a unit beam member 6 facing in a substantially perpendicular direction is fixed in a state where it is not deflected by its own weight. In the embodiment, one of the large-sized roof chevrons A is tilted onto the center pedestal 7 and the side mounts 8 by a crane, as shown on the right side of FIG. As shown on the left side of Fig. 1, the adjacent large-sized angle-shaped roof members A connected in series are being lifted up by a crane, and the opposing flanges 4, 4 of the adjacent large-sized roof angle-shaped members A, A are bolted together.・
The bolts and nuts are temporarily tightened, and then the other side (the left side in the figure) of the large roof chevron member A is lowered, and the large roof chevron member A is placed on the side frame 8 in an inclined manner, where the bolts and nuts are tightened. are securely tightened and fixed, and the large chevron members A, A of both roof parts are assembled symmetrically into a chevron shape, and the large chevron members A, A of both roof parts are attached to the center pedestal 7, side pedestal 8, etc. The structure is such that the large angle-shaped roof member A does not bend due to its own weight.

前記の欠点を悉く解決できる。 To explain these effects in detail, in the present invention, the roof portion large-sized chevron-shaped members A, A are connected in series in the longitudinal direction to form a substantially bilaterally symmetrical chevron-shaped portion. By fixing the unit beam 6 that faces in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction without applying any deflection due to its own weight, both ends of the unit beam 6 compress the vicinity of the lower ends of both slopes of the chevron. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of compressive deformation strain in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the roof portion large angle-shaped member A by supporting it under stress and using an extremely simple device. Therefore, in the past, the roof part large chevron material A at the top of the large chevron roof of the mansard type (see Figure 6) was used.
At the same time as it is installed on site, due to the weight of the large chevron member A on the roof, both slopes of the chevron part, especially the bottom of the ridge part, will be inside each other as shown by the dotted line in Figure 4 or the dotted line in Figure 5. Deformation strain or, in severe cases, destruction may occur on one side, and for this reason, there is a gap between the adjacent roof parts A and A.
However, all of the above-mentioned drawbacks can be solved simply by attaching the unit beam members 6 without increasing the section modulus of the transverse bones or thickening the plate thickness.

置を提供できる利点がある。 Furthermore, even with these great features,
Unit beam material 6 in a state where no deflection due to its own weight is applied.
By fixing it, no internal stress is applied during connection construction, and there is no need for jacks, etc., and it is just a matter of installation, making it extremely easy to install on site, etc., and can be installed simply and quickly.
Furthermore, there is an advantage that a device for preventing deformation of the large angle-shaped roof member A can be provided at a low cost.
