側パルス成分を示す第1検出信号を出力する第1
の検出回路と、 前記パルス性ノイズを検出対象としたレベルが
設定され、このレベルより黒レベル及び白レベル
側に振れるパルス成分を示す第2、第3の検出信
号を前記入力端子からの映像信号又は前記遅延信
号より検出出力する第2の検出回路と、 これら第1乃至第3の各検出信号に基づいて前
記映像信号入力端子からの信号又は遅延回路から
の遅延信号に混入したパルス性ノイズの位置を示
すノイズ除去用パルスを形成する論理回路と、 このノイズ除去用パルスに基づいて前記映像信
