Claims (1)
- ポンプシリンダと該ポンプシリンダに直列に連
結した操作シリンダを有する往復動シリンダ型容
積ポンプに於て、前記ポンプシリンダ室と操作シ
リンダとの中間部に水封した検出部を設け、該検
出部の外側に光センサー検出装置を配設し、該光
センサー検出装置によりポンプピストンの摩耗に
よる輸送物の検出部混入による異常状態を検出す
ることを特徴とする往復動シリンダ型ポンプの異
常検出装置。
