Claims (1)
- 往復動による接近・離隔を反覆する装置に於け
る、対向配置された測定対象物からの接近時の距
離を測定するセンサの保護装置に於て、該センサ
の外周部にセンサ先端よりも若干突出形成したプ
ロテクタを周設すると共に、該プロテクタの底面
に衝撃吸収用スプリングを当接して支承せしめた
ことを特徴とするギヤツプセンサ保護装置。
