Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光学センサ及び磁気センサを有し、塗装前の被
測定対象物までの距離をそれぞれ測定し、磁気セ
ンサの出力と光学センサの出力とが一致するよう
に電磁センサの校正値を求める電磁センサ校正値
演算装置と、 光学センサ及び磁気センサを有し、塗装後の被
測定対象物までの距離をそれぞれ測定し、両セン
サの測定距離の差を求める塗膜厚計と、 塗膜厚計の出力を前記校正値で校正し、被測定
対象の塗膜厚として出力する塗膜厚演算装置とを
有することを特徴とする塗膜厚計測装置。
