Claims (1)
- 軟磁性材料から成るコアと、それに巻き付けら
れた検出用コイルと、被検体の接近によつて変化
する上記コイルのインダクタンスの変化を検出す
る検出回路から成り、少なくとも上記検出用コイ
ルを巻き付けたコアを金属ケースに内蔵し、かつ
上記コア及び検出用コイルとその周囲のケースと
の間に空間を設けて上記コアを上記ケースに固定
すると共に被検体と対向する上記ケースの開口面
を非導電性・非磁性の薄板で密閉したことを特徴
とする位置センサ装置。
