溶離液を液密状に送出が可能に形成された溶離液
貯槽と、この溶離液貯槽から溶離液を下流に圧送
すべくその流路中にエアートラツプを介在させて
配置される送液ポンプと、この送液ポンプにより
圧送される溶離液中に試料を導入するためのイン
ジエクターと試料導入後の移動相を濾過するため
のフイルターとをその流路中に有してなる分析カ
ラムと、この分析カラムを介して流下する移動相
中の試料成分を検出し、かつ、分析して記録する
ための検出器及び記録計とを有してなる液体クロ
マトグラフ装置において、 前記検出器と前記溶離液貯槽との間に、当該検
出器を経て流下する移動相中から残存試料成分を
除去するための除去カラムを介在させ、残存試料
成分を捕集除去した後の移動相を回収するための
回帰流路系を形成したことを特徴とする溶離液の
再利用が可能な液体クロマトグラフ装置。
