Peeled veneers, core-stripped veneers, and other veneers that are unsuitable for winding are automatically separated into a separate path for transport.
The strip-shaped veneer is wound up as it is by an automatic winding device, and the outer peripheral surface of the rolled strip-shaped veneer is automatically tied so that it does not come apart during the transportation process. - Saves labor by eliminating the need for two workers in the winding process, and also eliminates the inconvenience of wrapping the veneer veneer during winding and stopping the veneer lace once at the end of winding. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for processing veneer veneer with high efficiency.

Core-stripped veneers tend to crack and split as they get closer to the core of the raw wood, and even veneers that can be rolled up and are produced in strips are prone to cracks, knots, rot, etc. This includes veneers that have been determined not to be rolled up, such as when they cannot be used as front or back plates due to material defects, or when various problems are likely to occur in the next manufacturing process. It is produced by a veneer lace driver operating a center keiki blade to cut into the surface of a raw wood in order to cut a veneer for the core board of plywood, etc.

When the irregular length veneer is carried out to a belt-shaped veneer suitable for winding, the veneer lace is temporarily stopped and the worker tears and separates the veneer veneer, and the irregular length veneer is removed from the veneer that is unsuitable for winding. After carrying out the veneer to the rear of the tatsuchi roll, the take-up reel is moved down, and the tip of the strip-shaped veneer suitable for winding is wound around the reel and re-cutting is performed.

Furthermore, the terminal end of the strip-shaped veneer being wound up was completely wound up, and the wound ball was moved upward from the tatsuchi roll before cutting was started. In other words, the bobbin cannot be moved upward from the tatsuchi roll until the terminal end is completely wound up, and during this time the veneer lace comes to a complete stop, resulting in inefficiency. In addition, when cutting long veneer lace veneers, one worker is required on each side of the delivery conveyor, and from this point of view, there is a strong desire for labor savings.

Therefore, in order to automatically carry out only the band-shaped veneers to another conveyor by branching the delivery path for the so-called band-shaped veneers that are cut and connected into a band-like shape at the middle of the delivery conveyor 3, the delivery conveyor 3 is separated from the middle part thereof. It is divided into two stages, upper and lower. Hereinafter, of the two-stage delivery conveyor 3, the upper stage will be referred to as an upper stage conveyor 4, and the lower stage will be referred to as a lower stage conveyor 5. Automatic winding device B is connected to the terminal end of the upper conveyor 4.
Although not shown, the lower conveyor 5 is connected to a processing device such as a sized clipper.

ある。 Reference numeral 6 denotes an opening/closing conveyor for switching the path of the veneer veneer 2 cut with the veneer lace A and carried out on the carrying-out conveyor 3 into a band-shaped veneer suitable for winding and a veneer not suitable for winding. A clipper C is provided at the leading end, that is, at a position immediately before the carry-out conveyor 3 branches into two upper and lower stages. The clipper C may be a rotary type clipper as shown in FIG.
The clipper C may be provided with a cutting blade 8 that reciprocates within an opposing interval on the discharge side of a pair of conveyors 7 and 7a that rotate at the same speed as the conveyance direction. In this clipper C, the cutting operation of the cutting blade 8 immediately becomes the switching operation of the veneer path, so the opening/closing conveyor 6 is not necessary, and it is sufficient to arrange the upper and lower conveyors 4 and 5 in relation to the cutting blade 8, respectively. . 9 is a cutting knife of veneer lace A,
9a is a nose bar. In addition, 10 is a center cutting blade that cuts the center part in the fiber direction of the veneer veneer 2 to be cut, and 10a is a fluid cylinder that cuts this cutting blade 10 into and out of the surface of the log 1.
11 is a drive mechanism for driving each conveyor 3, 4, 5 in synchronization with the cutting speed of the veneer race A.

せしめるのである。 Now, when top-peeling the log 1 until it becomes a perfect circle, the opening/closing conveyor 6 is rotated upward as shown in Fig. 2 to cut off the communication between the carry-out conveyor 3 and the upper conveyor 4, and the top-peeling veneer is cut. It is carried out to the lower conveyor 5. In this case, the center cutting blade 10 is usually cut into the surface of the log 1 to shave off the veneer for the core board of the plywood. Next, when the veneer veneer 2 to be cut changes from a top-peeled veneer to a band-shaped veneer suitable for winding, the operator of the veneer race A uses the center knife blade 10 to cut the top plate, back plate, etc. A control operation is performed to pull it out from one surface. In conjunction with this operation, the belt-shaped veneer is delayed by the distance from the cutting knife 9 of the veneer race A to the cutting position of the clipper C, that is, a time limit is given to the control circuit that operates the center keiki blade 10, and the clipper C The veneer is activated to cut the veneer, and the boundary between the top-peeled veneer unsuitable for winding and the strip-shaped veneer suitable for winding is automatically clarified. In order to transport the product to the upper conveyor 4, the opening/closing conveyor 6 is operated to close the discharge conveyor 3 as shown in FIG.

ニヤレースの稼働率は著しく向上する。 As explained above, when the veneer veneer cut with the veneer lace and discharged changes from a top-peeled veneer to a band-shaped veneer suitable for winding, the center kebiki blade is operated to pull it out from the log. A control circuit linked to this operation operates the clipper to cut the veneer veneer when a band-shaped veneer suitable for winding reaches the cutting position of the clipper, thereby cutting the veneer veneer at the border with the veneer veneer unsuitable for winding. Then, when the cutting of the raw wood leads to core stripping, resulting in a core-stripped veneer that is unsuitable for winding, or even if the veneer is connected into a band and can be rolled, cracks, knots, rot, etc. When it is determined that winding should not be performed, such as when it cannot be used for the top plate or back plate due to material defects, or when various problems are likely to occur after the next manufacturing process, the center The blade is operated to cut into the log, and a control circuit linked to this operation allows
When a veneer veneer unsuitable for winding reaches the cutting position of the clipper, the clipper is activated to cut the veneer veneer, clarifying the boundary with the veneer veneer suitable for winding, and cutting the veneer to separate each veneer. The conveyance path for the veneers is separated, and the veneer veneers suitable for winding are fed directly to the automatic winding device installed at the end of the upper conveyor, and once the winding is finished, it is tied, so one race driver can do everything. In addition, even while the rolled balls are being tied together to prevent them from coming apart, it is possible to continue stripping the core of the raw wood, as well as cutting the top of the next raw material, making it possible to use veneer lace. The utilization rate will be significantly improved.

ニヤ単板の自動巻取処理方法。1. A carry-out conveyor for carrying out veneer veneers cut with veneer lace is provided with two stages branching from the middle of the conveyor into upper and lower stages, and an automatic winding device is provided at the end of the upper stage conveyor. transports only strip-shaped veneers suitable for winding,
The lower conveyor is equipped with a clipper located just before the conveyor branches into two upper and lower stages in order to separate and convey top-stripped veneers or core-stripped veneers that are unsuitable for winding. When the veneer veneer that is cut by the veneer lace and discharged changes from a top-peeled veneer to a strip-shaped veneer suitable for winding, the center kebiki blade is operated to pull it out of the raw wood, and a control circuit is linked to this operation. When a band-shaped veneer suitable for winding reaches the cutting position of the clipper, the clipper is operated to cut the veneer, and in conjunction with the cutting operation, the path of the band-shaped veneer is switched to the upper conveyor. The strip-shaped veneer is transported to an upper conveyor and wound up as it is,
Next, when cutting the log with the veneer lace leads to core stripping, and the core is removed and the veneer becomes a core-stripped veneer that is unsuitable for winding, the center kebiki blade is operated to cut into the surface of the log.
By means of a control circuit linked to this operation, when a core-stripped veneer unsuitable for winding reaches the cutting position of the clipper, the clipper is operated to cut the veneer again, and in the same way, it is transported to the lower conveyor. At the same time, the core-stripped veneer is conveyed to the lower conveyor while a wrapping medium such as tape is automatically supplied to the end of the strip-shaped veneer that has been cut by the clipper and is being conveyed on the upper conveyor. A method for automatically winding up a veneer veneer, characterized in that the veneer is wound together with a band-shaped veneer as it is, and the outer peripheral surface of the rolled veneer is tied by the winding medium.
