    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天板に取り付けられた熱発生体と、この熱発生
    体に近接して配設されたサーモカツプルと、この
    サーモカツプルを保持する取付金具と、を有して
    構成されてなり、上記取付金具の上片部には、上
    記天板に向けて突起が突設し、該突起は、上記天
    板の裏面に点接触して、上記天板と上記取付金具
    の上片部との間隙を一定に保持するように構成し
    たことを特徴とするガス器具。
