イルムの重なり部分を押圧する事によりフイルム
5をシールカツトする。即ち包装物7より少し大
きめで一方は折返しで逆側と前後の3方をシール
カツトした矩形のフイルム包装体が出来る。次に
排出コンベヤーで前方に送り出すと同時に再び供
給コンベヤーにより前方をシールされた半折りフ
イルムの間に包装物7が送り込まれ折返し側の逆
側と後方をシールカツトするこの繰返しにより連
続して矩形のフイルム包装体が出来る。これを排
出コンベヤーにより熱風トンネル内に送り込む事
によりフイルム加熱収縮され包装物の外形に密着
した状態のフイルム包装が出来上がる。

シール部分のコーナーが突起状となつて残るのは
美観上好ましくない。

刃にRを設けるものである。先行する刃のRの先
端は包装物進行方向に平行な刃の延長上よりΔl
だけ伸びているように刃を設けて先行して一辺を
シールカツトし次に確実に残る2辺をシールカツ
トするものである。シールカツトした角はRを有
し熱収縮によつて均一に引かれ突起を生ずること
が無い。

らず の交換をせずに外観上良い包装物が得られ
