(従来技術)
従来、水槽の上縁部に天板本体より一段段落ち
した、段落高さが大きな、水切り用の段落縁部を
有する流し台用天板は以下のようにして製造され
ていた。即ち、水槽を深絞り加工によつて製造す
るのと同時に段落高さが大きな段落縁部を形成す
ることは容易ではなかつた。その理由は、全体の
絞り深さが深くなるからである。そのため、段落
凹所成形用の凸部及び凹部を有する上下一対の成
形金型によつて天板本体に段落凹所を形成し、然
る後、段落凹所の底部中央に開口を形成して段落
凹所の周縁を段落縁部とし、それに水槽の上部の

き欠点があつた。即ち、成形金型によつて天板本
体に段落凹所を形成するものであつたため、施工
現場等に応じて水槽の取付け位置を変更すようと
すると、それに応じて段落凹所成形用の凸部及び
凹部の位置が相違する、上下一対の成形金型を形
成しなければならないため、水槽の位置が相違す
る天板ごとに成形金型を製作・準備しなければな

部の溶接用張出鍔5において溶接する工程と、枠
材4の、垂下周縁6の下端に連設された段落縁部
7に水槽8の上部の溶接用張出鍔9を溶接する工

この発明は、前記した如き構成によつて、以下

造するものであるから、水槽の位置の相違する天
板ごとに成形金型を製作・準備する必要がなく、
水槽の位置の相違する段落高さの大きさ種々の流
し台用天板でも簡単に製造することができる。ま
た、水槽の位置や段落高さだけでなく、一部材で
ある枠材の段落縁部の広さを変えることによつ
て、水槽の周囲の段落縁部の広さを、例えば手前
側を狭く、奥側を広くするなど流し台のデザイン
