図および側面図である。 図において、１は空心コイル、２，２１はセラ
ミツクキヤリア、３は導体メタライズ、４は半田
を示す。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当
部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- セラミツクによりキヤリアを形成し、導体印刷
により２つの電極を同時に変成し、その上にエナ
メル線等の材料からなる空心コイルを搭載して表
面実装構造としたことを特徴とするキヤリア付空
心コイル。
