接続されエミツタどうしが互いに接続されて定電
流電源に導かれ差動型に構成された一対の発振用
トランジスタと、 各コレクタがレギユレータ回路の電源出力端子
に接続され各ベースが前記レベルシフト回路の出
力端子に接続されエミツタどうしが互いに接続さ
れて前記とは別の定電流電源に導かれ差動型に構

エミツタの出力を受けて前記各定電流電源をアク
