Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) オペアンプの反転入力端子に、第１及び第
２のトランジスタのコレクタを接続し、非反転入
力端子に第３のトランジスタのコレクタを接続し
前記第１のトランジスタのベースに第１の抵抗の
一端を接続するとともに、入力信号を印加し、前
記第２のトランジスタのベースを基準電位に保つ
とともに前記第３のトランジスタのベースに前記
第１の抵抗の他端と第２の抵抗の一端を接続し、
前記第１、第２、第３のトランジスタのエミツタ
を相互に接続して電流供給手段に接続し、前記オ
ペアンプの出力端子を前記第２の抵抗の他端に接
続して、オペアンプの出力端子から入力信号を全
波整流した信号を得ることを特徴とする全波整流
回路。 (2) 第１の抵抗と第２の抵抗の接続点に第３の
抵抗の一端を接続し、他端を基準電位に接続した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
項に記載の全波整流回路。
