フアンユニツトの断面を示す図、第５図は本考案
に用いる超音波振動子の一実施例を示す図である
。 図中、１１は超音波振動子、３４は吸気孔、３
５はフアンユニツト、３６は集塵ボツクス、３７
は排気孔、４４はフアンである。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 吸気孔と、 一部に排気孔を有する集塵ボツクスと、 吸気を行うためのフアンと、該フアンの駆動源
を具備した電気掃除機において、 該駆動源として略楕円振動を行う振動部位を備
えた機械共振機を含む超音波振動子を用いる事を
特徴とする電気掃除機。 ２ 請求項１記載の電気掃除機において、前記吸
気孔を該電気掃除機の下部に被掃除床に対し略水
平に設け、 前記フアンは該吸気孔に対し略水平に配置した
事を特徴とする電気掃除機。
