るクランプ装置において、クランプシリンダ用油
圧回路から分岐してクランプ本体に設けた連通孔
に接続するピストン作動用油圧回路と、ピストン
作動用油圧回路をアンクランプ時に開放し、かつ
クランプ時において所定時間経過後に閉鎖するチ
エツク弁と、ピストン作動用油圧回路のチエツク
弁とクランプ本体との間に設けた増圧器と、クラ
ンプシリンダ用油圧回路から分岐して増圧器に作
動油を供給する増圧器用油圧回路と、増圧器用油
圧回路に設けられ、増圧器をアンクランプ時に停
止させ、かつクランプ時において所定時間経過後
に加圧作動するように増圧器用油圧回路を切換え
る切換弁を具備することを特徴とするクランプ装
