Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) クランプ本体をワークを載置する基準部材
に対して接離方向へ往復移動するクランプシリン
ダと、クランプ本体に並設した複数のシリンダと
、各々のシリンダ底部を互に連通する連通孔と、
クランプ時にワークと当接する頂部を有し、かつ
出没可能にシリンダに嵌挿するピストンと、シリ
ンダ及び連通孔内に充満してピストンの基端に作
用する作動油とを具備し、クランプシリンダによ
りクランプ本体を基準部材へ接近する方向へ移動
してピストン頂部と基準部材間にワークをクラン
プするクランプ装置において、作動油供給源から
クランプシリンダへ作動油を供給するクランプシ
リンダ用油圧回路と、クランプシリンダ用油圧回
路ら分岐してクランプ本体に設けられた連通孔に
接続するピストン作動用油圧回路と、ピストン作
動用油圧回路内に設けられ、クランプ時に閉鎖し
かつアンクランプ時に開放するチエツク弁とを具
備することを特徴とするクランプ装置。 (2) ピストン作動用油圧回路が、クランプ本体
とチエツク弁との間にピストン作動用油圧回路か
ら分岐してクランプ時に作動油の一部が流入する
アキユムレータを具備する請求項１のクランプ装
置。
