It is a method of sewing on mark fabrics, or it is a method of attaching hot melt resin or film to one side of the mark fabric material by heat and cutting or punching it into the required design or character shape, and applying heat to the mark fabric by applying heat to the material such as a shirt. There is known a method of melting the bonded hot melt resin and bonding the mark.

In addition, it is extremely inefficient and has problems in terms of aesthetics and texture, as it takes time and there are individual differences in the sewing technique. The hot melt resin film is melted by heat and pressure and adhered to the shirt, etc., but since the hot melt resin melts and flows into the mark fabric material,
There were drawbacks such as hardening of the mark fabric material, impairing its elasticity and significantly inhibiting its feel.

In addition, a pattern adhesive layer 24 with a pattern is provided on the flocked layer 23 with a strong adhesive, and a hot melt resin layer 25 with a pattern is further fixed on the pattern adhesive layer 24. Since the patterned adhesive layer 24 and the patterned hot melt resin layer 25 are provided and cannot be cut out with scissors or the like, the user cannot freely select the shape and color of the mark, and it is difficult to transfer the desired shape of the mark. It is not possible. Also, opaque release material 2
By providing the temporary adhesive layer 21 on the 0, when transferring, it is not possible to sufficiently consider the orientation of the pattern adhesive layer 24 of the pattern to be transferred and the clothing to be transferred before pasting, making it unsuitable. There is a risk that the pattern adhesive layer 24 may be transferred and spoil the high-quality clothing, and furthermore, the hot melt resin layer 2 may be transferred.
5 is slippery, and if you apply a transfer device such as an iron from above and press it during transfer, the fabric surface of the T-shirt and the hot melt resin layer 25 will shift, making it impossible to transfer the design to the desired correct position. If an attempt is made to transfer them side by side onto the transfer target cloth 27 as shown in FIG. 18, the transfer mark portions 26, 26 will have uneven transfer positions on the left and right, which is not aesthetically pleasing. For this reason, there were drawbacks such as extremely poor work efficiency, such as the need to be careful to apply the pressing force from a transfer device such as an iron so that it was uniform from directly above.

In order to fix the hot melt resin agent 7, the solvent of the pasty adhesive forming the adhesive layer 6 is heated at a low temperature that does not dissolve the hot melt resin agent 7, or is dried by other means to create a strong adhesive force. The adhesive layer 6 formed of an adhesive having the above-mentioned properties is fixed to the hot melt resin agent 7 having an angular outer surface and a pointed protrusion 18.
A hot melt resin layer 9 is formed on the entire surface of the adhesive layer 6, on which a rough surface portion 8 having numerous sharp protrusions 18, 18, . . . is formed.

There is. That is, it is necessary to use an adhesive suitable for adhering the film surface. For example, adhesives should be devised that are mainly made of urethane, ionomer water-based resin, aromatic polyester ionomer water-based resin, etc., and whose adhesive strength is adjusted according to the purpose of use as a temporary adhesive.

An adhesive layer 6 having a stronger adhesive force is provided,
In addition, by providing the hot melt resin layer 9 on the entire surface of the adhesive layer 6, a pattern 17 such as a necessary design or character can be applied to the processed surface 12, which is a transferred member 11 such as a T-shirt or other clothing item. To form a transfer,
A transfer member piece 13 of a required design or character is placed on the back surface 15 of the peeling film 1, for example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9.
A design pattern 16 is written as shown in FIG.
Cut the transfer member piece 1 as shown in FIG.

地。1 A temporary adhesive layer 2 is provided on the entire surface of a heat-resistant transparent release film 1, and short fibers 3 of the same color as the temporary adhesive layer 2 made of a material such as rayon, cotton, nylon, acrylic, or polyester are temporarily attached. The flocked layer 4 is formed by temporarily attaching the flocked hair to the adhesive layer 2 with high density, and the tips 5 of the short fibers 3 are embedded in the entire surface of the flocked layer 4, and the adhesive force and elasticity are stronger than that of the temporary adhesive layer 2. In addition, the adhesive layer 6 is provided with a hot melt resin layer 9 having a rough surface portion 8 having numerous sharp protrusions 18, 18, etc. on the entire surface of the adhesive layer 6. Heat reversible flocked transfer fabric.
