側に配置されるシールインペラとスラスト軸受部
側に配置されるシールタービンとを隣接して備え
かつターボチヤージヤのタービン軸により駆動さ
れるインペラタービンを設けると共に、該シール
インペラの径方向外方に、シールインペラからの
吐出空気を収容する第１圧力室と、該シールター
ビンの径方向外方に、上記第１圧力室と連通可能
であつてシールタービンへの給気部を成す第２圧
力室とを夫々形成し、さらに第１圧力室と第２圧
力室との連通部に、第１圧力室内圧力が第２圧力
室内圧力より大きい時上記圧力室間の連通を可能
にしかつ第１圧力室内圧力が第２圧力室内圧力以
下の時上記圧力室間の連通を遮断する弁装置を介
