[問題点を解決するための手段] 本考案は、上記目的を達成するために、特にそ

両端面に帯金、杆材などで長方形状に構成した支
持枠を回転自在に装着し、この支持枠を構成する
下部横杆にT字杆を遊嵌すると共に、前記枠体の
水平接地部の一部を構成する横杆にT字杆を遊嵌
して、このT字杆内に軸を移動自在に収容して、
この軸を前記両T字杆に挿入固定して形成した支
脚により前記支持枠を所望の高さ位置に保持でき
るようにしたものである。
