- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 鋼板あるいは銅張積層板などの反り測定器にお
いて、 直定規のほぼ中央部分に、レーザー光源と反射
レーザ光を検出する静電結合型の検出素子とを内
蔵するとともに、上記検出素子からの変位出力値
を表示する表示器を備えた変位形を設けたことを
特徴とする反り測定器。
